The latest and greatest 'Lens Sconce' from Alison Berger for Holly Hunt. I had the pleasure of meeting Alison at a Holly Hunt event last year where she spoke about her extensive background in art and architecture and deep interest in the relationship between glass and light-- the former as a material, and later as a medium. Her pieces achieve a wonderful sculptural and earthly quality from a masterful use of metal and hand-blown glass that retains bubbles and imperfections that make each piece one of a kind.
